My Indie dog Lalu was admitted in a very critical condition. We had almost lost hope. But thanks to Dr. Mandeep and Dr. Ashik and the entire paramedical team he has recovered very well and is way better now. Took my puppies to get them groomed. Very impressed and satisfied with the experience. They took care of my babies very gently and professionally. However their information was incomplete about the charges and I felt we had been charged for some things that were not conveyed to us earlier.

I had ordered medicines for my Baby,Angel. Not only did we get the medicines on time but if any medicine was not available, the staff went out of their way to ensure that we get the medicines on time. The behaviour and hospitality of each and every person at TSVH is worth mentioning.

Finally found a good pet facility in south Kolkata. Did a full grooming of my cat. The staff did a wonderful job. The spa is very clean , so as the pet shop. I am sure with time things will be more streamline and better.
